PrintMitra by ZENVIQ Digital
A print-preparation workspace for e-Mitra and CSC operators, cyber cafés, printing shops — and anyone filling in a form that wants a photo at 35 × 45 mm and under 100 KB. 17 tools, free, no account.
17 tools, free, no signup
Get a photo or signature to the exact size — and under the size limit — a form demands.
Change a file into the format a form or a printer will accept.
Join documents together, or drop the pages you do not need.
Arrange what you already have onto a sheet, at the right size, ready to cut.
Build cards, receipts and documents from your own records.
Convert Hindi typing, and work out the figures a form asks for.
Check a code against the official list before money moves on it.
The privacy claim is the product. It is only worth making because it is verifiable.
Every tool runs inside your browser. A customer's document, a student list or a signature never reaches a server — ours or anyone's. There is no API behind these tools to send it to.
Once a tool page has loaded it keeps working if the connection drops, which is what a counter needs when the line is unreliable.
No signup, no export limit, no logo stamped on your output. You charge your customer; we do not charge you.
Tested against older Chrome on Windows and budget Android phones. Large files are processed page by page so a low-memory machine is not overwhelmed.
3 more ZENVIQ tools from the same day's work.
We print PVC ID cards, shop rate lists, counter standees and flex banners — delivered across Hanumangarh, Rajasthan and the rest of India.
No. Every PrintMitra tool runs inside your browser using your own device's processing. There is no API behind them, no account, and no storage — once you close the tab, nothing remains anywhere.
Neither. There is no signup, no export limit and no watermark on anything you produce. The tools are free because ZENVIQ Digital builds websites and printing for businesses; these are how people find us.
Yes. The tools are built to run on the hardware a small shop actually has, including older Chrome on Windows and budget Android phones. Large files are processed page by page so a low-memory device is not overwhelmed.
Yes. The ID Card Maker takes the spreadsheet you already keep, matches each student's photo by filename, and prints ten cards to an A4 sheet at the standard CR80 plastic-card size.
Open the Passport Photo Maker, set the size the form asks for in millimetres, and choose the KB limit. The tool finds the highest quality that still fits, and tells you if the limit is unreachable rather than handing you a file the portal will reject.
140 x 60 pixels under 20 KB covers most exam and government portals; some allow 300 x 80 px up to 50 KB. The Signature Scanner has both as presets, and you can type the figures your form specifies.
Yes. The PDF is generated at exactly 58 mm or 80 mm wide with the height growing to fit, so the printer driver has nothing to scale. Print at 100% with page scaling set to none.
No, and that is deliberate. PrintMitra prepares and lays out documents you already hold and makes new institutional cards from your own records. It does not create, reproduce or verify any government document.
Up to 50 MB per file. Larger files are rejected with a clear message rather than freezing the page, because processing happens on your device rather than a server.
PrintMitra is an independent document-preparation and print-layout platform by ZENVIQ Digital. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to e-Mitra, CSC, Digital Seva, UIDAI or any government body, and it does not create, issue, authenticate or verify any government document.
