What does it check?
The on-page basics a crawler reads first: title and meta description and their lengths, heading structure, image alt text, canonical link and whether structured data is present.
Will fixing these get me to the first page?
No, and any tool that says otherwise is selling something. These are the things that stop a good page from ranking; they do not make a thin page rank. Content and links do that.
How long should a title and description be?
A title under about 60 characters and a description under about 160, because Google truncates past those and a sentence cut mid-word loses the keyword after the cut.
Why does my page have two H1 tags?
Usually a template that styles a logo or a tagline as a heading. It is not fatal, but one H1 stating the page's subject is clearer for both a screen reader and a crawler.
